Antique Superb Bathing Beauty, Nude Flapper doll, Half Doll Related, Art Deco

  
This listing is for a superb nude Flapper style bathing beauty. She has the look of a Flapper or a gypsy type bathing beauty. Poured in beautiful white porcelain which is nearly flawless she is a high quality piece. Hard to read the first number. This piece is unmarked but I believe her to be made in Germany. She is just 5.25 inches long and just 2 inches tall at the highest part and the base is only 1.25 inches in diameter. This lovely beauty is in pristine condition. Has been a part of my private collection for many many decades and was part of my Grandmother's huge collection. This Flapper doll was displayed in my Grandmother's cabinet for as long as I can remember. Since her passing many decades ago this lovely piece has been packed away. It is far to pretty of a piece to remain packed away and it is time she finds a new home where she can be treasured and enjoyed once more. The detail on this miniature doll is superb. Her facial features are delicately painted and she has soft blush applied to her cheek bones. She wears a head band done in red. She has her finger to her head as if posing. Her hands and feet also have superb detailing. NOTE: this listing is for the nude doll in the first photo and corresponding photos. The next to last photo shows other half dolls that I have for sale and the very last photo is an antique half doll that I finished at the request of a a customer into an elegant pincushion doll.
