Antique Vintage Art Deco Royal Dux Lady Woman Figurine Figure Flapper

  

O ffering a beautiful, old, genuine Art Deco period piece by Royal Dux. This is a less commonly seen model, featuring a lovely flapper with a serene countenance resting on a pillow, executed in Royal Duxs signature cobalt blue and gold color scheme.

I love her small blue eyes, her demure little pursed mouth, and her fabulous flapper do complete with spit curl, coils, and bobs! Condition is very good, with no chips, cracks, repairs or restorations. The only things to note are areas of wear to the paint, especially at the tip of her nose and the tips of her shoes; she is a little dirty in some spots, and there is also a tiny black dot above her top lip that I was unable to remove. She measures 6.25 inches high and 4 inches across at the base. Properly marked with the old pink Royal Dux Bohemia acorn in the triangle.

I believe this piece dates to the 1920s or early 1930s. A fabulous and unique piece to add to your Royal Dux or Art Deco collection!
