Art Deco WMF BAUHAUS Hammered Silver Plate on Porcelain Tea and Coffee Services

  

I have for sale a spectacular WMF (Wurttembergische MetallwarenFabrik) BAUHAUS : Art Deco silver-plated porcelain coffee and tea service. Made in Germany in the late 1920's or early 1930's, this fabulous set features hand-hammered silver plate. The set includes a Coffee Pot, A Tea Pot; 2 creamers and 2 lidded sugar bowls. The tea pot includes 2 felt warmer inserts to keep the tea hot.

This pieces are in amazing condition, seeing that they were used. There are some scratches here and there. There are some on the top of the coffee pot silver plate.

One of the lidded sugar bowls does have some copper showing through. All of the other pieces are in amazing condition. There are no cracks or chips to the porcelain on any of the pieces. The feet and lids of the pots are bakelite. The tops of the lids on the sugar bowls are porcelain.

If you need more pictures, please fell free to ask and I will get them to you. The Coffee Pot Measures: 8 1/2 inches in height by 9 inches wide from spout to handle. The Tea Pot Measures: 7 inches in height by 11 inches wide from spout to handle. The Creamers each measure: 3 inches in height by 5 3/4 inches from spout to handle. The lidded Sugar Bowls each measure: 4 inches in height by 5 1/4 inches wide from handle to handle. This means that I will meticulously pack each item separately with a massive amount of padding between each piece and each box surface, in a box that is both sturdy and rigid!
