Old Roseville Rosecraft Vintage Art Deco Wall Pocket, 8-in, 1241-8, Vg-Ex Condtn

  

This item is an old ca. 1924 Roseville'Rosecraft Vintage' brown glaze 8 inch art deco wall pocket, in shape 1241-8, with the w/p in very good to excellent condition. Vase has one thin glaze flake on the top rim (see photos), and a tiny chip around the wall pocket hanging hole on the backside (see photos), but there are no other significant flaws.

Wall pocket measures about 9 inches from top to bottom, it measures about 4-1/2 inches from handle to handle, it is back marked with the old Rv inkstamp mark under the glaze, as we are picturing, and it is exactly as pictured and described. Roseville introduced this Rosecraft Vintage art deco line in 1924, according to the Bomm Roseville book. See images for more details. Check out my other items.
