1930'sKarl Lysek for Rosenthal "After Bathing" Porcelain Art Deco Figurine. Artist/Maker:Rosenthal, sculptor: Karl Lysek. Dateof Production: around 1936 (from Hallmark). Materials:porcelain, underglaze hand painting. Dimensions:H: 8.25" W: 3.5" L: 7.
Condition:Excellent, no damages to the porcelain or gilding, no chips or cracks. An ArtDeco porcelain sculpture entitled "After the Bath" sculpture modelledby German sculptor Karl Lysek in 1936 for Rosenthal. Depicting a nude woman drying her legs with awhite towel.
Hand painted and glazed with great details. Exceptional qualityand design, looks so live like! Great condition no chips or cracks. Green "ROSENTHAL Germany" mark and impressed artistname "Lysek" and model "733" on the bottom.With protective green cloth undersideconsistent with age. Old price ticker onthe bottom.
