1950's Smoke Stand Ashtray MCM Art Deco Porcelain And Brass. Mid State Foundry
This stunning 1950's smoke stand ashtray is a beautiful addition to any collection. The porcelain and brass construction exudes Mid-Century Modern Art Deco style, making it a perfect fit for any retro-themed space. Its unique design features a smoking stand with an integrated ashtray, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Art Deco Capodimonte style floor standing ashtray. The leaf ashtray lifts out of circular base. The white and gold leaf ashtray is 14.25" by 12" and is white in color. Gold leaf is faded in numerous areas, but there are no cracks or chips noted.
The 30" tall base sits on an 11" circular metal bottom. Markings of Mid State Foundry Company, 791M and Charleston, I'll. Are present underneath the base. The base ceramic piece has a raised area noted, possibly a glaze or manufacturing imperfection, can be seen in pictures. Beautiful mid century Art Deco piece.
