Antique German Porcelain Art Deco Nouveau Nude Lady Woman Peacock Dancer Ens

  

Offering this phenomenal figurine of a sultry and sexy nude peacock dancer. A very fine and rarely seen piece of Art Deco magnificence! She has a beautifully painted face, with the main feature of the piece being the awesome peacock feather train that trails off her awesome nude figure! The gold tiara that extends down the back of her head adds to her enigmatic presence!

She very much reminds me of Scheherazade or Salome. In excellent condition, I find no flaws. Although she is unmarked save for some incised numbers and the remnants of red stamping, I believe she is German in origin, and very possibly made by the Karl Ens factory. Her features strongly resemble their style, and the incised numbers look very much like early Karl Ens handiwork. She measures 11.25 inches high. A lovely maiden with a striking feminine presence!
