This is a 1930s Art Deco piece by Czechoslovakian artist Ditmar Urbach. It features a polar bear standing on green rocks and looking into a pool.

The polar bear is "Nora" - the first polar bear in the Prague Zoo from the 30s. 7-3/4" x 8-1/4" x 9-1/4 inches.

This piece is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs to list.
