Art Deco 1920's Rare Porcelain Lady Figurine Pirkenhammer Czechoslovakia Marked. This antique and rare beauty is a highlight of the art-deco porcelain figurines, a beautiful design and flowing work made by Pirkenhammer in Czechoslovakia circa the 1920's, showing a dancer lady with a white dress sending you a kiss.
Magnificent and well made with somewhat matted colors and texture to her "skin", hand painted with lovely and delicate colors (notice the hair painted only on one side of her face as if accidentally popping out a little from below her cap) and decorated with golden gildings. The figurine is marked on the base "Pirkenhammer Art China 1803 Czechoslovakia" with a number hand written below the company's mark - "0654". The figurine is 23 cm height, and about 5 cm wide.
The top triangle of the "crown" or "star" on the figurines head is broken off and missing about a 2mm small piece from the very top, pictured up close in the pictures. Some of the golden gildings are a little faded, some completely faded off (the white dress "wings" from her elbows used to have golden gilding originally, now gone).Other than that in good condition.
