Art Deco Goebel Porcelain Powder Bowl Of Russian Princess Figure Half Doll

  

DESCRIPTION : Here is an uncommon Art Deco Wilhelm Goebel porcelain powder bowl in the form of a Russian princess. All hand painted in vibrant colours. Well marked to the base with a blue printed WG and crown mark. Impressed to the center again with the WG and crown mark and an impressed pattern number XR 115 within a rectangle.

SIZE : The powder bowl measures 6 3/4 inches high by 4 1/4 inches in diameter. Weighs 354 g before packing. CONDITION : There is no chips, cracks or restoration. The black paint has a little flaking and ware in places to the front of the bowl as in pictures 7 & 8, a little ware to each shoulder as in pictures 9 & 10 and four black paint flakes to the back of her hat as in picture 11.
