NUDE GIRL - TITLE "Andante". The most wonderful porcelain figurines ever designed by Carl Werner. (Boss of the Hutschenreuther Art department between 1922 and 1938). Handmade and handpainted fired porcelain.

Figure was produced about 1955 from the highly regarded german manufactury Hutschenreuther (today a a part of Rosenthal), Selb, Bavaria, Germany. It is a very tasteful nude girl dancing. First formed in the Victorian / Art Nouveau or Art Deco Period from the famous sculptor. WERNER is impressed in the pedestal.

Tremendous Figurine, outstanding details, very lifelike situation. The figurine was produced about 50 years ago (RARE to find with this old "Hutschenreuther Selb Germany Kunstabteilung" hallmark from about 1970) and is in excellent condition, without any chips, cracks or repairs. The hallmark was used about 1970. 25 inches wide, 9 inches tall - 8 x 22,5 cm.

Thank you for your time! The figure is fixed in a box embedded with foam material and this box I put in an big box filled with styrofoam chips.
