Art deco (attributed France later 1920s) porcelain partial tea service pattern 666. Hand-decorated orange crossed lines on white with embossed accents and a smooth, gold edge. Our best guess is these are French pieces.
As of yet, we have been unable to match the pattern. 1 large teapot with lid. 2 9 lugged cake or cookie serving plates. 2 cups with 2 matching saucers.
Large sugar cellar with lid. Round serving bowl (5-5/8" in diameter with a 3-/2" diameter bowl).Overall condition the teapot has a nick and crack to the inside spout. The lugged serving plates have small utensil marks to the front surface and one has a patch of browning through the glaze to the REVERSE. The handles of the cake plates show yellowing. Teapot shows cracks through the glaze to the interior, tanning staining to the inner bowl and spout and crazing to the inside.
The tea cups have spots of browning through the glaze to the inner bowl and some wear to the bases. Set bears only the decorator's pattern number 666 in orange to the reverse of the saucers.
Pieces attributed to 1920s French manufacture.
