A tea set made in the Art Deco / Eames Era style in Germany in the 20th century by a maker called Oberkotzau. This set dates to just after WWII.
It consists of 17 pieces - six cups and saucers, a tea pot with lid, a sugar pot with lid and a creamer. The set is decorated simply in black leaving some parts white. Neat shapes especially the feet. The set is in perfect condition. (A bit dusty in the pictures).
Marked underneath with either just West Germany in gold or Bavaria over a shield with PN in it and Entwurf (design by) Prof. The pot is 6.5 inches tall, 5.75 inches deep and 3 inches wide. The sugar is 3 inches tall, 4.25 inches wide and 2.625 inches deep. The creamer is 3.5 inches tall, 4 inches deep and 2 inches wide. The cup is 2 inches tall and 3.125 inches in diameter.
The saucer is 0.75 inches tall and 4.875 inches in diameter. Antique Deko 20thC vintage solitaire.
