Pair of Porcelier Porcelain 2-Bulb Ceiling Light Fixtures, New Wire, Guaranteed! This pair of Porcelier 2-bulb ceiling lights date from the 1930's, but would look good in either an art deco or MCM setting. The porcelain sockets appear to be original but the wiring is new and the lights have been tested and work correctly. The sale includes the correct mounting hardware (crossbars, threaded nipples, mounting nuts).

The style and color on these is clearly art deco with the radial layering, and is a little bit different than the typical Porcelier style, but they are included in Susan Grindberg's book on "Porcelier China" p. 151 and that is why we call them Porcelier. The sockets are not labeled Porcelier as is typical of their fixtures. The fixtures are off white in color with a transparent yellow-gold glaze and pink accents.

The mounting nuts/finials are silver in color and show a little wear but could easily be painted to whatever color you want. Or we would be glad to substitute brass pyramid nuts as we use in most of our other Porcelier listings. Just tell us what you want when you pay for them and we will send those. These are larger than the typical 2-bulb Porcelier fixtures, each one measuring 12-1/4. " long x 6-3/4" wide x 2-1/2 high (not including mounting nut). The fixtures are in great condition with no chips or repairs. They are guaranteed to be as described. Just notify us within 30 days of receiving the fixtures.
