Pair of Antique Porcelier Porcelain 2-Bulb Ceiling Light Fixtures, Rewired. This pair of Porcelier cream colored ceiling light fixtures date from the period 1927 -1954 (the lifetime of the Porcelier Company), with the 1930's being the heyday of the company. They are correct for both art deco and MCM styling. The cream colored fixtures are decorated with pastel orange and blue flowers and accented with pastel green leaves. The floral portions are on a raised surface giving them extra dimension.
Each fixture has a pull switch that works smoothly and correctly. We cleaned the contacts on each switch and they work perfectly. Of course, you can simply leave the switch in the "on" position and operate them off of your wall switch. The chains are deliberately left long and can be shorted to any length you want. The chains and the mounting nuts are brown patinated brass. The fixtures have been rewired and are ready to attach to your ceiling. The sale includes all of the correct mounting hardware (crossbars, threaded nipples, mounting nuts). Each fixture has minor blemishes in the porcelain finish (that's the way they left the factory) but there are no cracks, chips, or repairs. We have tested the fixtures and they work correctly. Just notify us within 30 days of receiving them if you decide to return them.Dimensions are as follows: 11" long, 6-1/4" wide, 3-1/2 high (not including mounting nut).
