Rare German Porcelain Art Deco Pierrot Pin Doll Cloth Tape Measure - very rare, numbered on the back. The measuring tape is inside, you can move it from below, you would have to try to turn it so that the tape runs out of the mouth.

Faire price, conditions is nice, with some signs of age and usage. I think this tape was used by tailor. It is 48 mm h 38 mm b x 47m.
