Vintage 15 Pc Hand Painted Japanese Porcelain Coffee/Tea Set. Vintage Hand Painted Porcelain Coffee or Tea Set from Japan C1950s. This is a beautiful, delicately hand painted 15 pieces coffee or tea set in elegant translucent fine porcelain for four (4) persons. Each piece is generously hand painted with flowers and foliage, it is then accented with heavy gold handle, spout and finials on lids and finish with fine gildings. The set is comprised of; 4 Demitasse, 6 Delicate cut out style Saucers, Two-Handled Sugar Bowl with Lid, Creamer and Teapot with Lid.

The bottom of each piece has a stamp MADE IN JAPAN. Teapot: H 18.0cm x L 17.5cm (from spout to end of handle). Creamer: H 7.5cm x L 9.0cm. H 8.5cm x L 12.0cm.

H 5.5cm x L 7.0cm. As new and never used. No wear of any kind. No cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. Florals are Bright and Vivid. Note One dark spot in one of the demitasses which is a natural occurrence during firing.

This is really a gorgeous Tea Set! This would make a unique edition for a collector of teapots or maybe just a thoughtful gift.
