Vintage Art Deco French Porcelain 4pc Tea Set, LJ & Cie, Pink & Gold Teapot

  

Vintage Art Deco style French porcelain tea set. Comprising of a teapot with lid, creamer jug and lidded sugar bowl, together with a matching scalloped formed dish.

Each decorated with a motif of wheat stalks done in gold gilding on a charming raspberry pink ground. & Cie FRANCE, perhaps for JEAN LANG & Cie of Vierzon?

The teapot measures 8 1/4" height x 8 3/8" width from handle to spout. Sugar bowl is 5 1/2" height x 7 1/8" length across the handles. Creamer measures 4 1/2" height x 5 1/4" width. Shell shaped dish measures 8 1/2" length x 5 1/8" width. Condition: There is general wear commensurate with age and use.

The sugar bowl with some issues: chip to the inside rim, a small chip to the end of one handle, and a hair line visible on the top rim. Welcome to the Antique Boutique.
