VINTAGE ART DECO'PORCELAINE DE PARIS' (FRANCE) GLAZED CERAMIC BATH/SINK FAUCET & KNOB. SET, IN TITANIUM WHITE, W/MILK.

Early to mid 20th century. The decorated ceramic bath ensemble is nearly intact and almost complete, except that one of the toothed, geared porcelain ceramic collars for either the hot or cold water ceramic turn knobs is missing. Of all the pieces that would be the easiest to replace, this is the one. The brass interior plumbing assemblies are present and not a single, individual ceramic component piece has a crack, flea-bite or hairline, marring it. They are pristine and the milk chocolate brown accent line and solid spheres of color on the caps of the hot and cold turns is outstanding, with great futuristic, Art Deco graphic iconography that foreshadows later Modernist design, which would follow on its heels. From the nearly timeless, much heralded'Porcelaine de Paris' (France) ceramic production house, founded in 1773, come this bath or sink porcelain ceramic accessory grouping. Sleek and handsome, with simply gorgeous forms and lines and featuring impeccable glazed surfaces.

What's on your sink or bath tub? Faucet w/knob: 7" Length x 3 ½" Height x 2 ¾ Width. Shower Knob: 4 ¼" Length x 2 2 ¾" Width. Very Good to Excellent overall vintage condition. No flea-bites along any of the extreme margins, no ceramic loss, noticeable abrasions or staining.

Only one toothed, geared ceramic collar, which is used to fasten either the hot or cold water turn assemblies to the bath tub wall or sink basin, is absent but could be easily replaced, since it's all white and a standard glazed ceramic vintage bath accessory item.
