This is a rare porcelain toothpick holder made by Noritake. It is in excellent condition. It has Art Deco geese or ducks with clouds and tiny beading around the edge. Tall and has the green M in wreath Noritake Hand Painted Nippon mark. GREAT item to add to your collection, decor or existing set.
