This is a beautiful vintage Wallendorf porcelain figurine depicting a nude lady riding a white horse. This exquisite piece is a testament to early 20th-century German craftsmanship and is a rare collectible for porcelain enthusiasts. 5 inches tall × 7 inches long. Mark: Crown W 1763 with "Germany". Additional Marks: Impressed model number "96", incised decorator mark "D" and a red number 5. Condition: Excellent, no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Due to age, the bisque lady figure has some areas of faded paint (see photos). Although Wallendorf was officially founded in 1764, the 1763 stamp reflects the historical Fraureuth mold designs and is a known variant used during early 20th-century production.

The "Germany" mark identifies this piece as intended for export, particularly following the 1891 regulations for marked country of origin. Crafted using high-quality porcelain, with fine attention to detail on the horse's musculature and the delicate features of the lady. Hand-painted details enhance the naturalistic appearance and artistic quality of the figurine. The use of Fraureuth-era molds gives the piece a classic 18th-century aesthetic, despite its early 20th-century production date. The horse is glazed while the nude lady is unglazed, bisque porcelain.

This figurine is part of a numbered model series ("96") and includes the decorator's mark "D, " indicating it was hand-finished by a skilled artist. Perfect for collectors of Wallendorf, Fraureuth, or early German porcelain, this piece is both decorative and historically significant. Don't miss the opportunity to own this rare and charming piece of German porcelain history!
